Due to the hygienic nature of hair products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you recieved is defective or significantly different from the original order.
2. Defective or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund, subject to the following conditions:
- You must contact us within 3 days of delivery.
- The product must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition.
- Photographic proof of the issue (damage, defect, or incorrect item) must be provided.

- If the replacement is unavailable, you may receive a store credit or refund.
