Tiana Bleu Luxe Hair Return Policy

At Tiana Bleu Luxe Hair, your satisfaction is important to us. Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we accept returns only under the following conditions:

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• Hair extensions, wigs, closures, and frontals must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original packaging with all tags and security seals intact.
• Products that have been opened, worn, brushed, cut, colored, chemically treated, or altered in any way are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or we shipped the wrong product.
• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the return has been processed.
• If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.
• Sale, clearance, and custom-made items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
